On 11th September, Director, Phil Rosenberg and about 60 other delegates attended the first Intellus regional event hosted in the beautiful Chicago Botanical Gardens.
The theme of the conference was ‘expanding viewpoints’ and Phil identified a number of broad themes running through this year’s event. “AI was a hot topic, especially looking at humanizing experiences with UX-focused AI."
He also identified agile as a key theme - "It was interesting to learn how clients and agencies were looking at ways of engaging multiple stakeholders with iterative research sprints."
Patient centricity remains a focus of course and in the US market, there was an interesting discussion about solutions to improve quant respondent recruitment and engagement
Phil said the event was a big success and "I look forward to attending the next one.”
