We are delighted to be sponsoring, exhibiting and presenting three papers at this year’s EphMRA Annual Conference in Warsaw, Poland 25-27 June. Representing Research Partnership are Director and EphMRA Board Member Richard Head, Director Paula Coyle, and Associate Director Emilie Braund. Also in attendance will be Associate Director An-hwa Lee who sits on the EphMRA Learning and Development Committee, which plans to convene before the conference begins.

On Wednesday 26th June Richard will present the paper ‘Using facial analysis to uncover deeper reactions to pharmaceutical communication materials’, which came runner-up in the ‘Business Impact through Innovation’ category at this year’s EphMRA MR Excellence Awards. The entry was a joint submission with Janssen’s Sarah Fletcher, EMEA Market Research Manager. In this paper, Richard will demonstrate how Research Partnership and Janssen used facial analysis to gain a detailed understanding of physicians’ emotional reactions to healthcare communications.

Also on Wednesday, Paula will present a paper shortly before the agency fair begins (agency session three). The paper ‘Optimize your digital assets with UX research’ will offer an introduction to Usability and User Experience (UX) research as a means for managing digital assets such as websites, apps and other digital tools. Paula will cover what UX is, why it is important, and walk you through a real-life case study, focusing on a specific UX research tool that was used to help design a pharmaceutical website.

On Thursday afternoon Richard will present the paper ‘Agile research: Buzzword or game-changer’ with Neil Philips, Chief Technology Officer at M3 Global Research. In this paper, Richard and Neil will compare and contrast the effectiveness of agile approaches with traditional methodologies using the results of a recent real-life case study.

Once again, we are pleased to be sponsoring the conference photography. Our team of photographers will be making their way around the Hilton Warsaw Hotel and Convention Centre documenting the three-day event for the post conference newsletter and photo round-up.

If you are planning to attend the EphMRA Annual Conference, we welcome you to come visit our stand where Richard, Paula, and Emilie will be delighted to share with you our current research offerings as well as all of our latest resources and giveaways.
